me&my random self :P

So I'm officially a college student and excited about being in school! Everyone harassed me that, "College is so hard. You have to be on your game at all times and the minute you fall off the wagon, you'll never be able to get back on." At least not where you started.
First day in class, I was excited and the professors were straight to the point. They always made room for any questions I may have and helped me understand what I couldn't understand <--hehe :D. Everything was pretty easy, went to class, turned in my work, participated in class, turned in my work, went to class, did some homework, participated in class, turned in my work. Sounds simple enough, huh? That was until I had my first exam.
Can we say stressed!? [>_<] I had to go to work, do homework for one class, go home to clean. Not to mention I was starting my own Student Organization on Campus so I was up in the wee hours of the night creating an outline for the group. Speaking of the Organization the name is XPRES >Xhibiting Passion Represents Everyone's Skillz< which is for all Photographers, Film Makers, Artists, Dancers, Poets, Writers, Journalists, Singers, Rappers, (<---why did I want to spell that 'wappers'? o_O) Musicians, and Comedians. Me and the other set-up team are working really hard to figure out new activities for us to do next semester and we are vigorously trying to amp up the membership of our club. We plan for it to be the 'hottest thing on campus' by 2013. We want each individual to XPRES their 'Skillz' to everyone on campus. So if you have a talent you want to XPRES, find me on campus so we can talk! :D
Back to my first exam, :( I couldn't seem to make time to study. As much as I would tell myself when I wake up, "You're going to read that book today, and you're going to create an outline. No matter how badly you want to go see Lion King 3D that's only going to be in theaters for two weeks." So I sighed and started my daily tasks, but as soon as I sat down and opened my book, my mom came rushing in saying, "Let's go, we're going to go see the Lion King." & she's a die-heart fan !! I couldn't just say NO! :D
Got to school Monday, and did some serious cramming with a study group that did the same mistake I did. We prayed he wouldn't pick the question that we couldn't understand, only to sit down and get a drum roll. It seemed my entire life was speeding in front of me because it took him entirely too long to pick the question, HE USED AN ENTIRE 15 SECONDS! I mean it may have been short for you but to have to sit there and have my heart beating that fast for 15 seconds is like suicidal! I could've died with all that suspense. & guess what question he chose. Yep, you guessed correctly, the one I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND! o_O I believe I'm the only person in the class that screamed while everyone moaned and groaned. I was highly upset, but I had to believe that I could finish this test the best I could.
With all that being said, everyone told me that college was tough and it was easy to flunk out. But no one told me you had to PRIORITIZE! So thank you very much for the advice. :P

BTW (which is by the way) my name is d0rk. >daring optimistic rare kidd;)
